IT Support Technician

stores, Citarella offers
carefully selected gourmet
products, from our full line
of products that New Yorkers
have consistently enjoyed.
Main function will be to
support and maintain our
array of hardware
installations, including but
not limited to POS
terminals, handheld devices,
and PC’s. Their goal is to
ensure maximum up time in
operations with the various
devices in place.
Functional Responsibilities
-
Support and maintain IBM
POS terminals, including
scanners, scales, and
handheld Symbol devices.

Support and maintain
networked PC’s,
printers, faxes and
copiers for company
users. This includes
installation of new
workstations, as well as
troubleshooting and
repair.

Troubleshooting and
maintenance will include
travel to all locations
when necessary.

Support responsibilities
will include industry
specific software, which
we will train the user
on as needed, but
primary responsibility
with fall on hardware
maintenance.
Minimum Qualifications
-
Minimum of 2 years
experience working with
various computer
hardware and
peripherals.

Must be flexible with
work schedule. 5 day
work week, with coverage
over Monday through
Saturday, depending on
schedule. Possible work
scheduled on Sundays
when necessary.

Some database knowledge
not required but a plus,
as well as networking
knowledge (LAN, WAN).
